Now Chef Mazin Kanuga brings the pop-up experience to markets, events, and community gatherings across Ontario. Every burger is made fresh on cast iron, seasoned with our signature blend, and served with a whole lot of love.

How to Make a Maz Burger

Follow these steps and you'll be smashing like a pro in no time.

Ingredients

  • Brioche bun
  • American cheese
  • Burger sauce (mayo, ketchup, mustard, dijon)
  • 2 × 3oz beef patties
  • Maz Burger Seasoning

Tools

  • Burger press
  • Spatula
  • Parchment paper
  • Cast iron skillet

Get your cast iron hot and ready. We're talking screaming hot — you want that sear.

Take your 2 patty balls and smash them with the burger press using parchment paper. Flat and thin — that's how we get the crispy edges.

Lightly season with Maz Burger Seasoning. Don't overdo it — the blend does the work.

Flip after 90 seconds, lightly season again, and place the American cheese on one patty. Let it melt.

Toast the buns on the cast iron, sauce them up, and stack your masterpiece.
